  1. Hey Bruce! Great interview and music with Frank Pels! I learned a lot! Here are my hightlights: First Contact has a great vibe to it! Nice blend of genres on this one. Gate to Paradise has that very familiar classical piece mixed in. He did a great job with this version! Very Tomita and Kitaro-ish! Love the drums....a great pick me up! ;) Butterflies is a great tune. Very uplifting! The blend of EM and Pop is cool. I do hear a little 'glitch' sounds in this one. Are you familiar with 'glitch'? Shattered Hope has a lot of similarities to The Glitch Mob. Great sounds and I like the flow of this one! Reborn Beginnings is very cinematic. I could see this track as part of the modern day Blad Runner soundtrack! It's also sort of romantic. There Again is very nice! I love this track! A bit of 'digital' traveling....nice trip! Sounds a bit of a cool modern Vangelis! Horizontal Sensations is really a great driving tune...you hit the nail on the head you mentioned that! Great for the beach, too! Nice Summer Chillout! Floating Mind is a thrilling ride in the imagination! I can see the dance floor pulsating with dancers! Great dance/trance track! Disrupted Communication has nice harmony and melody. Cool rhythm, too! Big! Closing Titles is very soothing and relaxing! I could just chillout from the days stresses and drift away! Another nice Summer Chill track!

The interview was wonderful! Frank is an easy going guy who loves to make music for everyone to enjoy! He is passionate about it...that was evident!

As for the other music, Iotronica's Drifting Towards Antares and Dreaming of Oceans are very mellow indeed! Almost ambient! Great atmospheres and textures. Deep! When Oceans started, it reminded me a little of a cinematic theme or new soundtrack to an upcoming Lord Of The Rings movie! Great stuff! Tigerforest's The Tides of Day and Night is perfect beach music! Romantic and soothing! I was able to really get into my work I was doing while listening to this one! F/R F (new to me) and the track Structures of Paradise is beautiful in a way. I love the organ...! So powerful and majestic! It grips you right from the start! As the track went on, I noticed and loved the vocals. They were kind of haunting at times but, then the harmony would kick in! Very nice!

Well, thanks Bruce, for all the music and the inerview! Great show as always my friend! Looking forward to next week!

    Cheers!
    Chris
